Feeling stuck? You’re not alone. Taking the first step toward change can feel overwhelming, but there’s no better time than now to prioritize your well-being. As a licensed and board-certified mental health counselor, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you break through the barriers that may be holding you back—often rooted in past painful experiences. Together, we’ll explore how those experiences continue to affect you and work toward healing so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of self. I view therapy as a collaborative process. We'll work together as a team, and I’ll empower you to use your own voice—both in the counseling space and in your day-to-day life. When appropriate, I also enjoy incorporating pop culture and “geek culture” into sessions, using them as creative therapeutic tools alongside traditional approaches. Clients often describe me as calming, easy to talk to, down to earth, and authentic. I’m currently accepting new clients from all over Georgia and Florida for morning and early afternoon Telehealth sessions. Do you want to be listened to without criticism, judgment, or feelings of rejection? Most people do! But do you desire something more? When most people enter therapy, what they often truly desire is change. I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are seeking while enjoying the process as much as possible. Simply said, I don’t believe therapy has to always be a painful thing. Calling a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment (and maybe even a deep breath) to reach out and see how I can help. Life is too short to feel like you can’t measure up, let trauma control your relationships, or be anxious/angry all the time. I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life on life’s terms, and to find meaning & purpose in work, family, friendships, spirituality, and all other life areas. Since 2009, teenagers & adults have worked with me to deal with issues that are no joke. Beyond doing talk therapy, I have specialized training in EMDR & Brainspotting, which specializes in treating issues related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, loss and insecurities often more quickly than traditional talk-therapies. Online Telehealth/Video sessions available.

Healing begins with understanding - and you don’t have to do it on your own. My approach to therapy is rooted in helping you gently explore who you are and how you move through the world. Together, we’ll work to loosen the grip of fear and shame so you can reclaim your story with compassion and confidence. In our work, I’ll support you in recognizing patterns that no longer serve you and help you in shifting them to create space for growth and healing. We will work to strengthen self-trust, improve emotional regulation, and develop a clearer sense of identity. College students come to me to understand their underlying beliefs and emotional experiences that contribute to academic stress, anxiety about life after college, people-pleasing, perfectionism, general anxiety, and depression. I enjoy helping young adults navigate difficult family dynamics, set boundaries with themselves and others, and improve self-esteem. Wherever you are on your journey, I am dedicated to supporting you as you work toward healing.
