Therapists for college students near Atlanta, GA
Hello! I am Tiffany Reddick, the owner of Flourish Therapy Bar, where I help BIPOC neurodivergent students and professionals who are struggling to find wellness in a rapidly changing world. I realize you have been working hard to create the life of your dreams and somewhere along the way things went wrong, and you feel like you lost your magic -nothing is really wrong, but something ain't right. Podcasts and inspirational social media inspo posts may help a little, but you are ready to engage in some authentic self care If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, worried, lacking confidence or motivation, having difficulties in work relationships, experiencing intimacy issues, struggling with perfectionism, or just feeling exhausted and ready to move into alignment with your highest self, I am here to help and support you! At Flourish Therapy Bar, you will have a safe, confidential space free of judgment to process all that is happening in your world. I use research-backed, culturally affirming techniques that support holistic wellbeing. You can expect to gain new perspectives, learn new skills, release shame, and create and implement a plan that gets you out of your head and back into LOVING your best life. Let me help you prioritize your peace and pursue pleasure with ease! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board Certified Life Coach, and Clinical Hypnotherapist that specializes in short-term, holistic approaches. I use approaches that are centered in liberation-focused and feminist therapies/theories which recognize there are often major systems at play (racism, anti-blackness, sexism, classism, misogynoir, capitalism to name a few) influencing how we think and feel about ourselves and our lives. Together, you and I will work to rediscover your authentic self and ways of being that are free from these systems or at the least, engaging with them on your terms. At Flourish Therapy Bar, the personal and the professional are deeply intertwined, reflecting a commitment to inclusivity, joy, sustainability, freedom, accessibility, and courage. These values are ideals and active principles that guide every aspect of our practice.
Please note that I only see clients who are in Georgia. I am currently providing individual therapy virtually through a secure platform. Struggling with emotions, thoughts, behaviors? Wanting to make some changes? If you are seeking to address issues and stressors in your life, support and challenge in therapy may help. I have over twenty years of experience working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns; much of my work has been with in university settings with college aged adults. I use a variety of techniques to help identify and change behaviors and thoughts that negatively impact your life. I generally see clients by appointment Monday through Thursday. During your first visit, I ask a variety of questions to get a broad view of your concerns, including your presenting issues, history, physical health, daily activities, social life, substance use, and other concerns. From that information we can determine goals for therapy and if we are a good fit. I will make suggestions if I think you need in-person or other services. I work with a wide range of psychological issues, and have significant experience working with women's issues and eating disorders . I have been trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy which has been found to be effective with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I also draw from other theoretical approaches to provide an individualized approach for each client based on their presenting issues, symptoms, values, goals, and history. I have experience working with diverse clients, from older adolescents through aged sixty-five, from a variety of ethnic, cultural, religious, socioeconomic and sexual identity backgrounds.
At Hive Health, we believe healing is not one‑size‑fits‑all. Whether you’re a medical student carrying the weight of burnout, a young adult navigating life transitions, or a teen exploring your identity, you deserve care that sees the whole you. Like a hive, our well‑being is interconnected. When one part struggles, the whole system feels it. That’s why our approach is trauma‑informed, holistic, and culturally humble, addressing not just symptoms, but the deeper roots of stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
Revelare Recovery is a Women’s PHP & IOP program designed to address co-occurring diagnoses of an Eating Disorder (ED) alongside a secondary Substance Use Disorder (SUD) or Mental Health diagnosis. It operates at the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. One important aspect of this program is that it provides supportive housing for clients who reside outside of the Atlanta market. This housing arrangement ensures that clients have a safe and structured environment during their treatment period. Our supportive housing program consists of two phases: Phase 1, which lasts for 30 days and is conducted primarily in the PHP setting, and Phase 2, which lasts an additional 30 days and takes place primarily in the IOP setting. The program specifcally caters to women, recognizing their unique needs in the context of EDs and co-occurring disorders. By focusing exclusively on women, the program can tailor its treatment approaches to address the specific challenges and experiences that women may face.
We queer folks navigate the world differently from cis-het individuals, which comes with both unique challenges and profound beauty. While I work with people of all identities, including heterosexual and cisgender clients, my specialty lies in supporting queer, trans, and gender-diverse individuals (LGBTQIA+ folks). I'm dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and empowering space, where you can gain insight, get in touch with your emotions, and connect with your authentic self, free from fear or judgment. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. We’ll work together to deepen your connection with yourself and others. You'll gain deeper insight into the patterns shaping your life, exploring how they developed and if you'd like to shift them to better serve you. I'll meet you where you're at, as we explore what it means for you to live more fully and on your own terms. I also understand that life can be challenging, and society often encourages us to suppress painful emotions. When we bury these feelings, they can manifest in ways that cause more harm— whether by straining relationships, fueling irritability, or even leading to physical issues. In our work together, I’ll support you in bringing these emotions to the surface, giving them the space they need to be explored and processed for healing. Through it all, I’ll be by your side, offering warmth, understanding, and steady support as we navigate the path toward healing and growth together. I’m part of the clinical team at the Aguirre Center for Inclusive Psychotherapy, where we’re committed to offering anti-oppressive, inclusive, and culturally-affirming care. Shoot me an email or text, and let's jump on a free phone consultation to see if we're a good fit! I'm looking forward to connecting with you. I am currently working under the direction of Dr. Sophia Aguirre and under the supervision of Carrie Gensler LPC, CPCS in pursuit of licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I like to see this as you having multiple therapists, collaborating, to help you best meet your goals!

Hi! I'm Rachel (She/her). I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), and LGBTQ identity exploration—along with any big, messy questions about meaning, identity, and purpose. I celebrate all unique identities, values, and lived experiences that you bring into the therapy space. I am committed to upholding values of social justice and fostering advocacy in systems of oppression. Whatever your goal is, I hope to work with you to make a space that helps you feel valued and seen as a whole person. I see therapy as collaborative. We’ll work together to understand your patterns and build your self-trust. I feel honored to serve as a partner with you as we peel away the protective layers no longer serving you. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps increase psychological flexibility—supporting you in building a meaningful life even through hardship and pain. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, trying to “fix” their way out of emotions. My approach helps clients shift from analyzing to understanding. We create space for both self-compassion and meaningful change. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Process Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Relational-Cultural Therapy, depending on what best supports your needs, identities and therapy goals. I value authenticity in the therapy space and strive to create an environment where you feel safe to show up as your full self. My therapy style is relaxed, genuine, and laid-back, balancing humor and lightheartedness with sensitivity and empathy.
