My ideal clients are creative and ambitious children, teens and emerging adults who are having difficulties with their relationships with peers, partners or family members. I like working with attachment theory to collaboratively help clients find joy and meaning in their life.
I enjoy working with teens and young adults as they increase their emotional literacy and learn to better understand themselves and their emotions. Clients may come to me for relationship problems, family issues, emotional and social struggles, rebuilding self-esteem, general life transitions, and personal growth.
I aim to meet my clients where they are at with empathy and compassion. I create a safe and nurturing space to embark on their therapeutic journey at their own pace and work to give them agency to mobilize changes in their life. My approach is client-centered, non-judgmental, direct, friendly and trauma informed.
