I am a highly trained, seasoned therapist in adolescent and adult mental health across the lifespan. Areas of focus include college students, physicians, lawyers and other professionals in high stress careers, reproductive psychology and parent coaching. I support teens and college students navigate the extraordinary phase of identity formation, and manage family expectations, academic stress, transition to college and the oft experienced "graduation blues," imposter syndrome, social anxiety and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach is solution focused, strengths based and skills oriented, viewed through a systemic & culturally responsive lens. Expertly and gently, I empower you with healthy coping skills starting with the very first session, so you can begin to find relief right away.

I offer both short term and long term therapy to clients across California. My work is grounded in neuroscience, integrating evidence-based modalities. Together, with mindfulness and self compassion, we'll help you gain healthy emotional and relational skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) so you can move forward.
