Welcome to my profile, I’m so glad that you are considering therapy! Finding the right therapist and starting sessions can be intimidating, but you are on the right path. Thank you for considering me to be a part of your healing journey.

I am a warm, affirming, and non-judgemental therapist and enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

My previous clients have reported liking my style of being down-to-earth, using humor in session, open to feedback and not acting like the “expert” on your experience. Therapy is a collaborative process that starts with your goals and expectations. I am here to support you and work together on your goals at a pace that feels helpful for you.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship challenges, childhood trauma, and perfectionism. Guidance and support can be provided for parents of teenagers in my practice.
