College can feel like a lot. You might be juggling classes, relationships, family expectations, and big life decisions — all at the same time. It’s not just about getting through the day; you deserve actually to feel good and grow during this time.

I work best with students who want more than just a place to vent. If you're looking for real tools, clearer direction, and meaningful change, we’ll focus on practical strategies you can use in your everyday life.

Many of the students I work with are dealing with anxiety, family or cultural pressures, identity questions, or relationship stress. You’re not alone in this — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

As a bilingual (English/Spanish) LCSW with over 10 years of experience, I provide a supportive and structured space where you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected — in college and beyond.
