I help people seek health and find purpose in their lives, despite relationship problems, health issues, addictions, anxiety/depression, and traumatic events that leave them feeling stuck, unsure, or held back. As a health psychologist with 20+ years studying how people adjust to illness and traumatic events, I’m passionate about helping people with physical and mental health issues find more self-compassion and build meaningful, satisfying lives – physically, emotionally, and in their relationships. I especially love working with college students. Together, we work to gain clarity on personal values, goals, and strategies to break through barriers and move towards what they truly want in life.
