For 25 years I have worked with young adults who are struggling or are going through a particularly difficult period of time. Some of those issues may include anxiety, self-harm, depression, trauma, identity issues, family conflict.
Together, we will identify your goals and develop a supportive plan for the relief you are seeking so that you can become the best version of yourself. I look forward to hearing from you.
