Kimberly Mestizo, LMSW
I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive care rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for clients’ identities. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and draw from my Salvadoran/Latiné background to provide care attuned to how culture, language, and lived experience shape emotional well-being. My work is informed by professional experience supporting individuals in academic settings, substance use treatment, and addressing the mental health impact of social stressors. Using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, I help clients recognize their resilience, clarify meaningful goals, and create lasting change within a warm, nonjudgmental space. I invite you to reach out when you’re ready to begin your healing journey — you don’t have to do it alone.
