My trauma-informed practice draws from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems theories, and therapy is tailored to the individual growth of those with whom I work.
Together we will unearth negative thoughts and behavior patterns that may be holding you back. I am looking forward to helping you expose the beauty that already exists within you.
