My style encompasses an active, collaborative, strengths based approach, utilizing humor, compassion and warmth, to build a safe and trusting relationship with my clients. My goal is to help you explore road blocks, to gain insight into your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and to attain solutions that improves overall wellness and enhances personal growth.
