I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery and growth. My ideal clients are adolescents and adults navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. I'm also passionate about working with athletes, performers, and professionals who want to build mental resilience and optimize their performance.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. I have a wide range of experience, including sport and performance psychology, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and helping clients with identity development.
