Dr. Persefoni Andronikos-Cox
I’m Dr. Persefoni Andronikos-Cox, PsyD, NCSP, a MA licensed psychologist. I work with emerging adults who are navigating academic, personal, and emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered strategies. I enjoy helping others identify their strengths in order to foster their continued growth.
Young adulthood in particular can be filled with a wide range of emotions. I have experience supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions, academic stress, anxiety, depression, or difficulties with motivation and focus. I can also support others who are exploring their identity and values. In our work together, I aim to help you better understand yourself, grow in your self-acceptance and self-compassion, as well as develop effective skills to manage challenges.
In sessions, you can expect a space that is nonjudgmental, thoughtful, and collaborative. We’ll work together to identify goals that feel meaningful to you, explore patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical tools you can apply in your daily life. My goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered as you move through this important period of growth and transition.
I look forward to supporting you in your journey toward balance, clarity, and well-being.
