College and university life can bring an intense amount of pressure, whether you’re balancing academic demands, navigate next steps, or managing the weight of anxiety, stress, and past experiences.
The students who tend to be a great fit are often juggling multiple responsibilities while quietly managing stress, burnout, or the weight of life transitions. You might find yourself second-guessing decisions or noticing how stress and tension physically show up in your day-to-day life.
Therapy is a collaborative, pressure-free space where you do not need to have everything figured out. Together, we focus on working through what you are carrying, reconnecting with yourself, and building practical ways to navigate stress, anxiety, and big life transitions at your own pace. Wherever you are starting from, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
