Many of my clients experience anxiety and depression that stems from traumatic life events or difficult family dynamics. I will help you understand your symptoms and where they are stemming from. Once you understand yourself more, healing can occur. I will help you challenge your negative thoughts and build skills to cope with a stressful world.
