Providing online mental health services to Massachusetts residents (18+) facing the challenges of college life and emerging adulthood.
College presents both opportunities and challenges as you take up your life as an adult in the world. To help you meet those challenges, the Austen Riggs Center provides an online Intensive Outpatient Program. Our program delivers psychodynamic psychotherapy, medication management, and a combination of process groups, yoga, and coping skills to students whose struggles interfere with meeting the academic, social, and emotional challenges of higher education.
