Parents who are struggling, individuals with acculturation issues, trauma survivors, people going through life transitions/grief and loss. I am a child of an immigrant family and a parent to 3 multicultural-multiracial children. I have lived experience as a BIPOC living in a multicultural community. Having been trained in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, it guides much of my work.
